Shitake Mushroom Burger

Kathy and I happened across a raw 90% lean, 10% fat Sirloin ground beef offer. We took fifteen Shitake dried  mushroom slices and blended them into powder. Mixed everything together with garlic, black pepper and salt, on a cutting board. The result was great. We limit our exposure to red meat, but this looks promising.
