Michael Porter’s 5 Forces
1. Competition in the industry;
- There is a lot of vacation rental, less retreat capacity, though the Ocean Crest will be interesting to watch.
- There is white space in the supply chain for cargo and passengers

2. Potential of new entrants into the industry;
- There is a moat, someone may be able to open a retreat center, but we have the education line head start.
- The ADA first floor emphasis should give us an edge as well, many people will not think to do that.

3. Power of suppliers;
- They have lots of power. We are going to have to manage our supply and labor chain and become a supplier.

4. Power of customers;
- Not a lot, we will be so distributed

5. Threat of substitute products.
- This threat probably can’t exist, pearl of great price

END Michael Porter’s 5 Forces
