Kathy and I needed to do some banking so we walked along the beach path to the Kapaa branch of Bank of Hawaii. I noticed a sign on a building, Rainbow Living Foods and after we deposited the checks, we went there.
I was surprised to see Patricia ( the "Hare Krishna" lady ) waiting tables, but it was good to see her. Very creative interesting menu. Kathy had the kale salad and I got the special of the day, which was a wrap, but they used a collard green leaf instead of a flour tortilla ( they are gluten free). Tasty food and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
